Default Excel 2007 - extracting duplicate names

Does anyone know how I can accomplish the following task?

I have a spreadsheet that I need to extract duplicate names and all other
items associated with the duplicate names .
Example:

Case # Claimant
123456 Fred T
78910 Fred Thompson
2345 James
8911 John

How would I pull all variations of "FRED" and corresponding case #'s for Fred?

Thank you,
Cheri T
