The page break generates the "PAGE 1, PAGE 2", ect., as big, grey letters in
the middle of the page. How can I change the look and placement of them. I find it hard to read what I've typed when the "PAGE 1" letters and numbers appear over the text. |

Hi d-
What you are referring to only appears when you are in Page Break Preview. Go to ViewNormal for working with your content. From the menu, View Normal, whilst you're working and then set it to View
