upon right clicking on a cell and selecting insert comment I would like to
also insert a table that I created in word, I tried cut & copy with no sucess can this be done? -- Microsoft Office 2003 Version Students and Teachers Edition Windows Vista Home Premium Thank-you Carl R |

hi
i have never tried to do that but just thinking about it....maybe. do a print screen of the table in word and paste it in paint. size and crop it to your liking. save as a jpeg or gif or what ever. then you can insert the table(which is now a picture) into the comment. see the site on inserting pictures in comments. http://www.contextures.com/xlcomments02.html#Picture may not be the simplest way but workable.
