IT should transfer all of your data from the old computer to the new one.
There are many programs for doing that.

If you just want to copy macros from your files to someone elses, you can
copy the files containing the macros. There are other ways, for example, in
the VBA area you can right-click a module and say Export File, on the other
machine you can choose Import File from the File menu in the VBE.
