Default computer has to install every time turned on

every time i open window programme i.e. excel, word, power point the
computer has to install components what is happening and how do stop this

This can happen if you have two (or more) versions of Office installed
on the same machine. As far as I know, there is no way around it. You
might also try running Setup.exe from your Office CD and ensure that
every option is marks "Install On Computer" rather than "Install On
First Use" or any other option. You may also want to log on as an
administrator account and re-install Office.
