Default Cannot print in colour in Excel 2003

I have a user who has the above issue with a Ricoh Aficio 3235C. He can
change the properties to colour, print preview shows in colour, the B&W
printing is turned off in Page setup, Sheet tab.

Other users using the same printer do not have this issue, and this user can
print Word and other documents in colour to this printer, just not Excel
sheets.

This issue is resolved - it was a printer driver issue.
