You need some type of pdf writer, which you can then choose from the printer
choice drop down. I personally like the CutePDF writer, but there are plenty
of free writers available on the net.

If using Excel 2007 there's a "save as PDF" add-in from MS that makes it
very easy to save a worksheet as a PDF file.
