Default Windows in Task bar in 2007

Hi, I am using Vista - Office 2007, In older version of excel there used to
be an option for windows in task bar which was used to reflect only only one
window on task bar for multiple excel windows but I could not find the same
in 2007. Can someone help with the same. Thanks in advance. Amit
