I'm having a problem with linking workbooks and keeping cells linked to their
correct cells when adding lines. For example, in one workbook (linked) I have a cell linked to A4 in another workbook (source). After I've created the link, I save and close both workbooks. Let's say later I open the source workbook, add a line that shifts all the data down a row, save and close. When I open the linked workbook, my linked cell is still pulling from A4 instead of A5. Is there a way to add lines in source workbooks and keep links in linked workbooks without them both be open at the same time? |
