How do you transfer data from an input form in excel to an excel l
 

I have created a form with or without text boxes. How do I transfer the input
data into a master log that I have created in excel. In additon, When I run
( get external data), the data that comes back is everyting, including the
form type. All I want to do is transfer the input text not the form
descriptions.

Please help
