How do I find exact text when using the Edit + Find? I
want to find all of the "Bapt" in my list, but when I type in Bapt in my edit + find, it scrolls to the Baptist as well. |

In the Find window, choose to "Find entire cell only".

If it's the only thing in the cell, you can check the "match entire cell
contents" box in the Options portion. If it's always followed by a space, you could look for "Bapt " (no quotes, though). But excel doesn't have that same sort of option like MSWord's whole word only option. Mindy wrote: How do I find exact text when using the Edit + Find?
