is there a formula that will keep a running total in excel
example C2 = 5 + B2 = 5 therfore A2 = 10 -- simple BUT now type in 8 in C2 and A2 should = 18 -- type 12 in B2 and A2 should = 30 -- type 5 in B2 and A2 should = 35 and so on and so on -- grizz |

Sorry it is not possible in Excel
In Excel ,in a cell, either you can store some data (values) or formula. NOT both at the same time.
