You could just put it back in the printer tray <bg.
Or you could change the print area: File|print area|set print area (after you select the range you want printed) But you may find that if you just reset the last used cell, excel will determine the correct range to print. Hi,
I believe that is a printer issue, not an Excel issue (assuming your print range does not extend to a blank page. To check this see if print preview displays the blank page. If it does use the command on the first tab of Page Setup to say Fit to Pages... For example 2 Wide and then clear the Tall argument will for Excel to fit the printout to 2 pages wide and as many tall as it needs.
