Default DCOUNT Help!

HI Fera! I think this would help you understand your need.
1- Go to Excel
2- In the fx look for the function DCOUNT
3- Click on it
4- You will see a box. Click where it says "Help with this formula". Here it
is pretty straight forward how does the function work.

If you still don't understand, I might be able to help you but I need you to
send me an email, so I can forward copy of this explanations

Good luck.
