I have wrapped text in several cells. When I autofit the row height, it adds
a space at the bottom, but there is no text on that line. Also, in other instances, it puts a word on the next line on screen because it doesn't fit, but then when I print it, it all fits on one line and still prints the extra space at the bottom. It is driving me crazy and I just can't figure out why it does it. If anybody can help, I would appreciate it. Thanks! |

What you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) ain't necessarily so.
The only way I know for sure how it looks on my printer is to print and review the paper. And that doesn't help me know how it'll print on other printers for other people. If I'm worried, I'll increase the row height to make sure nothing is cut off. (I'd rather have too much space than lose some of the text in the cell.) Here is an example: type the following in a single cell, size 10 and Times
New Roman font. Wrap the text, top vertical alignment: Pain managed with POC. Fever. Increased dyspnea. Increased incontinence-Daughter updated. Add a background color (so you can see how it prints). When you go to print preview, it doesn't print how it looks on screen and it adds 2 extra lines. "JackieB80" wrote: I have wrapped text in several cells.
