Consolidated Pivot table
I have these two tables I tried to consolidate,
Department Usage ELAP 37.40 Media & Film 25.20 Music 47.20 Department Usage Media & Film 5.75 Music 38.30 I was expecting the consolidated usage of ELAP, Music and Media & Film to be 37.40, 30.95 and 85.50 respectively, but the usage of the following consolidated pivot table are as follows, Page1 (All) Sum of Value Column Row Usage ELAP 74.80 Media & Film 67.65 Music 209.30 The drill down of the pivot table for, ELAP is Row Column Value Page1 ELAP Usage 37.4 Feb 08 ELAP Usage 37.4 Feb 08 Media & Film is, Row Column Value Page1 Media & Film Usage 5.75 Mar 08 Media & Film Usage 5.75 Mar 08 Media & Film Usage 5.75 Mar 08 Media & Film Usage 25.2 Feb 08 Media & Film Usage 25.2 Feb 08 Music Usage, Row Column Value Page1 Music Usage 38.3 Mar 08 Music Usage 38.3 Mar 08 Music Usage 38.3 Mar 08 Music Usage 47.2 Feb 08 Music Usage 47.2 Feb 08 Why am I getting duplicates? I don't think I am doing anything wrong. I have followed Debra Dalgleish example on consolidated pivot table. |

Consolidated Pivot table
I have the answer to my query. I was selecting some duplicate hidden cells.
