Default Moving In Excel using Ctrl-right arrow

In Excel 2003, when I hit ctr-right arrow, the location would move to the
next non bland cell to the right.
Now with Excel 2007, when I hit ctrl-right arrow, the location moves to the
edge of the current data region in a worksheet.

Is there a way to make 2007 act like 2003 with regards to the ctrl-arrow
function?
Is there a setting I can change.

Thanks for any help
