Default Still can't view multiple worksheets

I can't minimize any worksheets, and I can't select New Window under Window
(grayed out). How can I minimize and then view multiple worksheets in Excel
(XP)?

It sounds like your workbook is protected.

Try
tools|Protection|Unprotect workbook

You may need a password.
