Default Word to Excel

Assuming that the labels file is in a table, just click TABLE in the menu and
click SELECT, TABLE.

Press <Ctrl + C to copy the entire table and <Alt + <Tab back to your
target Excel file and either click PASTE or press <Ctrl + V.
