Assuming that the labels file is in a table, just click TABLE in the menu and
click SELECT, TABLE. Press <Ctrl + C to copy the entire table and <Alt + <Tab back to your target Excel file and either click PASTE or press <Ctrl + V. -- Kevin Backmann "JAR-Kirby Center" wrote: What's the easiest way to turn a Word "labels" file into an Excel file |
