Default Excel 2007 creating reports for diffrerent products one at a time

Help!
I created a pivot table from an OLAP cube to show net sales and other
information for all products in a department. I added the product code
and department code to the report filter to allow me to filter on a
product or a department. Then I converted the pivot table to formulas,
formatted the report. and now I want to use this report going forward
to distribute to different departments every week. The problem is I
can't filter on department code (neither product code)from within the
report. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks, Rima

Product Code All
