How to I make a decision using excel?
I have to rate a list of 17 colleges/universities and rate them according to
my preferences. I have researched them and have what i need. I just don't know how you can make a 'real life' decision via excel. I am also supposed to use access. PLEASE help me! i'm so confused! |
