Have created an speadsheet with a column for dollar amounts. Have formatted
cells in that column for Currency with 2 decimils. Using this spreadsheet for Mail Merge in Word but each time I pull information from the cells in the column formatted for currency, the dollar amounts that end in .00 don't show the .00. For instance $14.00 shows as $14 and $.50 shows as $.5 Anyone know a way to fix this??? It is driving me insane. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions. |

There's an article on the Microsoft web site that might help you: Answer Box: Numbers don't merge right in Word http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/as...164951033.aspx And if you prefer the old Mail Merge helper, Word MVP Suzanne Barnhill has instructions he http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/C...ngWord2002.htm Angel1015 wrote: Have created an speadsheet with a column for dollar amounts.
