I have eleven different sub assemblies customers can choose from. The
customer can choose 1 to 3 of those sub assemblies to complete the final assembly. Is there a way to consolidate the information when I do a total materials used page so I dont have a bunch of 0s taking up a lot of space? This is what Im looking for: Before SUSPENSION KIT MATERIAL QUANTITY UNIT Hendrickson AA230L 0 PIECES Hendrickson AA230T 0 PIECES Hendrickson AA250L 0 PIECES Hendrickson AA250T 2 PIECES Hendrickson AA300L 0 PIECES Hendrickson AA300T 0 PIECES Hendrickson AANT23K 0 PIECES Hendrickson PARALIFT 1 PIECES Hutchens 49" TANDEM 0 PIECES Hutchens 49" TRI AXLE 0 PIECES Hutchens 57.5" TRI AXLE 0 PIECES After SUSPENSION KIT MATERIAL QUANTITY UNIT Hendrickson AA250T 2 PIECES Hendrickson PARALIFT 1 PIECES |

Apply Autofilter to your quantity column and from the filter pull-down
select Custom | Not Equal to | 0 PIECES. The offending rows will now be hidden. Hope this helps. Pete "Cerberus" wrote in message ... I have eleven different sub assemblies customers can choose from. Is there a way to have it refresh if the customer changes the option?

I don't know of any way to make it automatically refresh, other than with a
macro. Pete "Cerberus" wrote in message ... Is there a way to have it refresh if the customer changes the option?
