Default 2007 Conditional Formatting, copying

Using Office 2007, Formula =h12=max(h12,j12,l12,n12p12,r12) Formating
applies to h12:r12

I cannot copy formating down the sheet because Excel changes everything to
Absolute instead of Relative.

What have I done?

Bob
