Default Excel Forms - text fields decompressing font automatically

Hi,
I am currently using Excel XP and have created a from using the text box
from the Control toolbox. Whenever I click on to another field the text
within the field "shrinks" or looks like its decompressing. When I open this
form using Excel 2000 this does not seem to be a problem.

Does anyone have any idea how to turn off this XP default? or correct this
problem?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
