I often need to copy the cell above the one I need to enter data in, but
rather than selecting the cell above and pressing Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V in the cell below, is there a keyboard shortcut to copy the data in the cell above whilst I am still in the blank cell? Or how do I create a macro to do this? |

In the cell below the cell you want to copy, press Ctrl+' (apostrophe). That

Ctrl and ' (single quote)
FYI, same thing works in Access (when in a datasheet view) but not in Word tables. -- HTH, George "sophie_b" wrote in message ...
