Default Filter external data

Hi

I am creating a cash flow report in excel.
My data is SQL data. I've created an external datasource and I can access it
without any problem.

But... I would like to ask my user for which week he wants to see the data
and only that data should be shown.
How can I create something like that ?

Thanx in advance

I would create a macro to run MSQuery to retrieve the data, and use the
"filter" therein to get the dates I want......or, if you prefer to retrieve
all the data first, then just write a macro to ask the user for the desired
date-range and use Autofilter to display it.
