add column for percentage o total
 

in pivottabes i have a row of names with the relevant customer spend shown
alongside. there is the sum total shown at the end.. how can i create a
column that reflects each customer spend as a percentage of the total....

Right-click on "Sum of ...."
Field Settings Options Show data as % of total
