Hi,
Every month I have to prepare a standard set of reports with 27 worksheets - a worksheet for each division. As the worksheet content is the same every month and it is only the data which changes I have set up a template and I have all the data preset. I dump the new data every month and I refresh approx 130 pivot tables to populate my worksheets with the new data. I refresh the pivot tables manually one by one, and spot check them to make sure I haven't missed any. Is there a better way to check all of the pivot tables are running off the new data? All of the pivot table are contained within one worksheet. I really want to know can I just check that all pivots off that worksheet are running off the new reports rather than the previous months data. Many thanks Paula |

The only way I can think of right off is to write macros to actually create
new Pivot Tables each time you do a new data download. This way you could feel SURE you were using the new data.
