Hi
I have a 5 week rota which displays a 4 week pay period's duties. The second table shows who is covering which duty on any particular day. What I would like to do is to be able to enter a w/c date which would then populate the 2nd sheet from the ist ignoring people who are resting. Any help would gratefully received -- Al |

sheets are laid out - what data you have in which columns, how many rows etc. Pete On Sep 12, 5:26 pm, gramps wrote: Hi I have a 5 week rota which displays a 4 week pay period's duties.
