Default Making the perfect sort.

I have very sensitive information keep in mind so here it goes...

My sort... I can't get it to work and I need my dates to sort decending with
my macro but I can't do that if my sort can't be created.

Each job has a quote number and is bid on a certain adte. when I sort the
date I need the quote # to match the job or else there goes the company...

We don't need to know the information you are sorting but a layout of the
data would be useful. Normally a sort would be performed on a block of data
i.e.several columns wide by many rows deep. On of the columns is selected as
the primary sort field and all the records (rows) are sorted accordingly.
Could you give an example of your data layout?
