Update links without being prompt
The 2003 version of Excel asks if i want to update links when
opening a file with external links. The external links are csvs so is there a way to automatically update without being asked? Thanks George |

Update links without being prompt
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Edit tab.
Clear the Ask to update automatic links check box. Update links without being prompt
Gary,
This does not seem to work. The prompt states one or more links cannot be updated and asks me to Continue or Edit links. If i click edit links then i can see the link status is set as unknown for csvs and OK for links to xls files. Any clues how to remove this prompt.
