I've just installed Excel 2007 and when I click on multiple cells to select
them I can't see which cells I've selected. In previous versions you could see highlighted in gray which cells had been selected |

When multiple areas are selected in Excel 2007 (I assume that's what you're
doing), the highlighting does seem somewhat fainter to me than in Excel 2003 although it's still visible.
