I can not get the Control tab in the Format Control dialog box of a combo
box. How do I get my missing Control tab?

Because there isn't one.

You're either confusing the combobox from the control toolbox toolbar with the
dropdown from the Forms toolbar--or you want to rightclick on the combobox from
the control toolbox toolbar and choose properties.
