Default Filter option

If you go to within filter option (In Excel 2003)<data <filter
you can see first two option sort ascending and sort discending.
In earlier version it was not there. I use to use only short cut keys to
make use of filter option. For show All option i was using Home button. But
now its go to sort ascending option. Is there any option to cancel these two
option.

I'm not sure you can change this, but if you're showing all the data for all the
columns in the filtered range, you could add a button to your favorite toolbar.

Tools|customize|commands tab|data category
Grab "Show All" and drag it to a nice location.
