Default First page of Excel sheerepeats in print layout or print preview

The computer is a 5 months old Dell with preloaded Vista and Office 2007

I have a moderate size Excel sheet (A1-O88) that looks fine in normal view
except that there are dotted lines after the page break (there are two
pages).

In print layout there are 33 copies of the first page, the second page
disappears.

The same happens in Print preview.
