Opening a XLSX File from 2007 excel to 2003 excel

I've been searching & searching & I cannot find out how to open my file up.
I had e-mail myself an excel spreadsheet that I use at home on Excel 2007 to
open up here @ work & we have Excel 2003...When I save it here at work, it
saves as a XLSX file...
