Isn't it possible to have a field that contains a box to check for "yes" or
leave blank for "no?" |

hi,
not sure what you mean by "field" but for the most part....no. you can drop a check box from the tool tox onto the sheet. checked means true(yes), uncheck means false(no) but the checkbox "floats" on top of the sheet. it is not asigned to cell. I think you answered the question. Someone else asked me this, and I know
Access accomodates this, but was unsure of whether or not Excel did so. Thanks.
