Firstly this group is for Excel (a spreadsheet program), not for Access
(which is a database program). Secondly, if you are looking for the Access program, you probably won't find it under "My Documents". Try looking on the Start menu, under "All Programs", and then under "Microsoft Office". Otherwise, look at the exe files under C:\Program files\Microsoft Office\Office11 (or elsewhere if you've not got the default installation location) and see whether you've got msaccess.exe. Thirdly, even if you have Office you may not have Access, as it occurs in the Professional edition but not in some of the less expensive editions. Did you buy Office, or did it come with the machine? Do you have a disk with the program? Have you looked to see which edition it is? If you find that you don't have Access, then you will be able to buy the program, but it will cost you. -- David Biddulph "Terry" wrote in message ...
