It is Not Possible. Workaround is that you use 2 pivotables side by side from the same pivotcache. Keep requried columns between this 2 pivottables. Hide neccessary columns from both the pivottables. In case you want to use your own formula see vba help for "create your own formula" which will show how to add calculated field in a pivot table.
