Default Resizing Comments

New comments, when cursor is rolled over to view comments, need to be resized
every time to view the contents. The worksheet is updated and comments used
on a daily basis. Resizing is taking up unreasonablt time. Any help?

Default Resizing Comments

Maybe using a macro would make it go quicker:
http://contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#Resize
(from Debra Dalgleish's site)

If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at:

Just right click on the comment, click on format comment and change the font.
Click and drag box to expand.

No.

The comment size is set to default. You can only enlarge or reduce the size
by dragging the handle of the comment box.
