1. select the cells
2. pull down: Format Cells... Number General This, however, will not convert any data already in the cells. To do that, put 1 in an unused cell and copy it. Hi,
1. Select the cell or range of cells - press the CTRL key and click cells you wan to format. 2. Roght click and click Format cells. 3. In the Format Cells dialog box, click the Number Tab. 4.
