Default Spreadsheet size...

Just looking for opinions....

I have a 3 meg spreadsheet (30 col x 2000 rows) with many, many formulas. I
use excel 2000 and would like to know if a file this size may be approaching
excel limits.

XL 2000 has a size limit of 255 columns and 65,000 rows.

I have worked with much larger files with many, many formulas as well...

Note that there are limitations imposed by the computer such as available
memory and hard disk space.

Why not try adding a few more sheets & formulas just to see if you hid some
sort of barrier..then at least you will know what you could expect in your
terms.

I use spreadsheets up to 60MBs with many complex formulas no problems
but there are many things that could affect your situation.
