Default 2007 Calendar with hours

I'm trying to find a template for a 2007 calendar that allows me to maintain
a schedule of appointments on an hourly/half-hourly basis. I've done numerous
searches and although there are plenty of calendars and weekly planners, I
cannot seem to find a yearly calendar that breaks down the day into
hours/half-hours. Any help would be appreciated.
