Is there any way to have a pivotable filter orders? For example: sports
leagues is one filter, the teams in the different leagues is another filter, and the players on the teams is another filter. Is there a way to select a certain league in the first filter, and only show the teams in that league in the teams filter? Furthermore, only show the players on a selected team in the players filter? |

OK, it sounds like you're going to want to have one big table to make thsi
easiest. In the table, column C will have every single plaer for all leagues listed Column B will list which team each player s on (so, same team will be in the list multiple times) Column A will be the league (Lots of the same data, as many players will belong to the same league) Once you have this set up, highlight the table, go to: Data-Filter-Autofilter This will give you drop-down boxes in row 1 Hit the drop-down in league, select desired league Now, drop-down for team will only show teams in that league Then, drop-down for player will only show players on that team... No, the page fields in a pivot table aren't dependent. Selecting an item
from one page field won't affect any of the other page fields. You could add the fields to the row area, and if you deselect a league, only its teams would be visible in the next column. excelrook wrote: Is there any way to have a pivotable filter orders?
