Default Can i open *.xlsx file in Office 2003? How ?

Hi

There is a Compatibility Pack for XL2007 File Formats to install updates
and converters for earlier versions of Excel.
With this you can open, edit, and save an XL2007 workbooks in an earlier
version of XL, without first having to save the file in that version's
format or having to upgrade to XL2007.
