Default format cells, patterns, in right hand mouse menu on excel 2007

Click on a cell in Excel 2003, now do right hand mouse click, goto format
cells, then goto the patterns tab and set the cell background colour etc. Do
this on Excel 2007 and the menu is missing... Why? This is not Ribbon
related. They just forgot to add one tab to the menu....

The Patterns tab of the Format Cells dialog is now called Fill.
