Default Saved Data to the Clipboard

I have saved data into the clipboard I am having problems with my inserted
data it is not changing when my original data changes.

What is the step by step instructions in correcting this problem.

Default Saved Data to the Clipboard

Copying to the clipboard and pasting doesn't create a link to the original
data--it essentially takes a snapshot of what the data looks like at that
moment.

But if you're working in excel, you may be able to:
Select the range to copy
edit|copy
select a cell to paste a picture of that copied range
shift-edit|Paste picture link
