Hi,
I'm needing to paste special formats but only want the bolding to apply - all other formats should stay the same. For example I'm copying formats from a series of cells that are arial font (some are bold and some are not) into a series that are verdana font and I only want the bold format to apply. Hope I'm making sense. Thanks in advance for any help. Heather |

Just apply conditional formatting to the range to which you are pasting
data.m The conditional formatting should be that any text in that range is bolded. Format--Conditional formatting. Post back if you have questions. Dave -- Brevity is the soul of wit.
