What application is your PDF writer?
Adobe Acrobat or some other? Assuming you don't have Adobe Acrobat or some other................. I have had success with the free file downloads and instructions for use here at Dale Nurden's site. http://www.rcis.co.za/dale/info/pdfguide.htm Saves first to single *.ps file which is then converted to *.pdf Returns one PDF file from multiple sheets. See also David McRitchie's site for alternatives to the above. http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/pdf.htm Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Tue, 5 Dec 2006 12:25:01 -0800, ericaf80 wrote: how can i save a 17 page excel workbook as a pdf without saving each page one by one?
